In a world where quick fixes and fad diets dominate headlines, true health often feels elusive. But what if the key to wellbeing isn't found in the latest trend, but in understanding your own body?
I believe that your body communicates its needs through various signs and symptoms, and my role is to help you understand and respond to these signals.
Nutritional therapy isn't about restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's a journey of discovery – uncovering how different foods and lifestyle choices affect your energy, mood, and overall well being. Together, we'll translate your body's signals into actionable steps towards lasting health.
Whether you're grappling with persistent health issues or simply aiming to feel your best, nutritional therapy offers a path forward. It's not just about what you eat – it's about how you live, sleep, move, and manage stress. It's about seeing your health as an interconnected system and nurturing it holistically.

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.
When these foundations are strong and balanced, they create a synergy that allows your body to thrive naturally. Think of them as the roots of a tree—when nourished properly, they support vibrant growth above.
My role is to help you understand and strengthen these foundations in a way that's tailored to your unique body and lifestyle. Together, we'll explore how each of these areas impacts your health and develop strategies to optimize them.
This approach isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's about creating a robust foundation for lasting health, giving your body the support it needs to function at its best.
I have always been interested in health and wellness, from physical, mental, to spiritual. I believe they are all deeply connected. I graduated from the University of Idaho (Go Vandals!) with a degree in Exercise Science & Health. Not completely sure of what I wanted to do with it, but knowing I wanted to make a difference in others through health! Years after, I had two daughters. This was pivotal for me to re-learn a lot about my body and nutrition post-partum. It also sparked something in me that I knew I wanted to make a difference for my girls and show a healthy lifestyle for them.
I was tired of being tired, I was tired of trying all the health trends and being left frustrated and stuck. Cycles of restriction and binging was my life. I slowly started digging into healing my body through food and started to re-learn the things I was telling myself.
The final shift moment for me however was when my mom was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition. One that was related intimately with the foundations. Through this I realized two things: one, the things we put in our body chronically make us so sick, and two: you can find healing or improvements in most things with proper nutrition and lifestyle. Our bodies are innately created to heal themselves. Nutrition is prevention, nutrition is medicine, nutrition is healing. I dug into researching about her health condition and realized this was so prevalent in our country and on the rise in kids too! It was mind blowing. I had my aha moment around then, where I realized that this is what I was meant to do. What I was created to do. I believe that in my soul. To educate others and above all help others.
This personal transformation ignited a passion to help others navigate their own health puzzles. It led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I am learning the skills to translate nutritional science into practical, personalized strategies for my future clients. I found out I was pregnant again after starting this program, and it has been such a great experience applying what I am learning during this phase of life, and looking forward to a better post-partum journey fueled by better nutrition and habits.
As a student and soon to be Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I will bring more than just knowledge to our sessions – I bring understanding, grace, empathy, and a commitment to your unique health journey.

When I'm not studying, I am working as a Behavior Specialist, in my free time I enjoy painting, going on walks, working out, DIY projects of most any kind, and spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our baby boy on the way!
I believe in walking the walk – the principles of nutritional therapy are what hooked me to this program in the first place! And they're the foundation of how I live. This firsthand experience allows me to offer not just theoretical knowledge, but practical insights on integrating healthy habits into busy, modern lives.
